Abstract: The present invention provides a coffee bean roasting drum and a roasting device having the same, wherein the coffee bean roasting drum comprises: a drum body into which raw coffee beans are supplied; a first blade installed on the inner circumferential surface of the drum body so as to move the raw coffee beans in the drum body at the time of rotating the drum body; a second blade installed to be spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the drum body across the first blade and moving the raw coffee beans in a different direction from the first blade at the time of rotating the drum body, in order that the raw coffee beans are guided to smoothly move in the drum body, thereby improving the uniformity of the heating temperature, reducing the time and effort required for roasting, and producing high-quality coffee beans having excellent taste and flavor through uniform roasting.

Abstract: 본 발명은 드럼 본체 내에서 생원두가 원활하게 운동하도록 가이드하여 생원두에 대한 가열 온도의 균일성을 높이도록 하고, 로스팅에 소요되는 시간과 노력을 줄이도록 하며, 균일한 로스팅으로 인해 맛과 향이 우수한 고품질의 커피 원두를 제조할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 생원두가 내측으로 공급되는 드럼 본체; 상기 드럼 본체의 회전시, 상기 드럼 본체 내의 생원두를 운동시키도록 상기 드럼 본체의 내주면에 설치되는 제 1 블레이드; 및 상기 제 1 블레이드에 교차하도록 상기 드럼 본체의 내주면으로부터 이격되게 설치되고, 상기 드럼 본체의 회전시, 상기 제 1 블레이드와는 상이한 방향으로 상기 생원두를 운동시키는 제 2 블레이드를 포함하는 커피 원두 로스팅 드럼과 이를 가지는 로스팅 장치가 제공된다.
