Abstract: 근자외선, 청색광, 녹색광의어느것에의해서도효율적으로여기되는 La 및 Ti 산화물을주성분으로하는고체조명용적색형광체및 그제조방법이개시된다. 고체조명용적색형광체는 La 및 Ti 산화물을주성분으로희토류원소를포함한다. 여기서, 희토류원소는 Eu, Er, Dy, Sm, Tb, Ce, Gd, Nd, Dy, Ho으로구성된그룹으로부터선택된하나또는그 이상의조합을가질수 있다. La 및 Ti 산화물은 LaTiO, LaTiO및 LaTiO에서선택될 수있다. 고체조명용적색형광체는값싼원료물질을사용하고, 대기압공기중에서고상소결방법을사용하여 1,000℃ ~ 1,500℃의온도범위에서제조할수 있어서제조공정이간단하고제조비용이저렴하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A red phosphor for use in solid state lighting is provided to enable efficient excitation by near UV light, blue light and green light and to allow preparation by employing a solid state sintering method at an ambient air at atmospheric pressure and temperature range of 1,000 -1,500 deg.C. CONSTITUTION: A red phosphor for use in solid state lighting includes La and Ti oxides as a main composition and a rare earth element as a subsidiary composition. The rare earth element includes a single element or one or more combination thereof selected from a group consisting of Eu, Er, Dy, Sm, Tb, Ce, Gd, Nd, Dy, and Ho. The La and Ti oxide may be one selected from a group consisting of La2TiO5, LaTi2O9 and La4Ti9O24.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A red phosphor for solid lighting is provided to enable production in a temperature range of 1,000~1,500 °C using a solid phase sintering method in an atmospheric pressure air. CONSTITUTION: A red phosphor for solid lighting includes Ti and Zn oxides as a main component, and rare earth elements. The rare earth element has one or more combination thereof selected from the group consisting of Eu, Er, Dy, Sm, Tb, Ce, Gd, Nd, Dy, and Ho. A method for preparing the red phosphor comprises the steps of: mixing at least one of Zn oxide or ZnS, Ti oxide, and rare earth element; and heating the mixture at 1,000~1,500 °C to form a TiZn2O4:K red phosphor, wherein K is rare earth elements.
