Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for removing cesium from wastewater using sericite, wherein a sericite powder is added in a wastewater containing cesium in which the pH of the wastewater is adjusted to 5-8; the sericite powder adsorbs the cesium; and the sericite powder after adsorption is centrifuged from the wastewater. The method of the present invention can replace an existing method that uses a high-priced organic synthetic ion exchange resin, and the efficiency of removing cesium by means of sericite and the ability of sericite adsorbing cesium in wastewater can be improved.

본 발명은 톱밥 분자의 수산화페놀기(-C 6 H 5 OH)가 인산기(PO 4 3- )로 치환되어 이루어지며, 톱밥을 인산 요소 수용액에 침적하고 여과하여 고형분인 인산 함침 톱밥을 형성하는 단계, 상기 인산 함침 톱밥을 열처리하여 인산기 치환 톱밥을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 인산기 치환 톱밥을 수세 및 건조하는 단계에 의하여 구성되는 인듐 선택성 흡착제 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 공장 폐수 등과 같이 여러 불순물을 함유한 인듐 함유 물질로부터 인듐을 제외한 각종 불순물들을 단시간에 제거하고, 인듐을 선택적으로 회수하도록 하여, 고순도의 인듐을 용이하게 수득할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An indium selective absorber, a manufacturing method of the same, and a method for collecting indium from waste disposable containers using the absorber are provided to recycle resources by using saw dust as a heavy metal absorber. CONSTITUTION: An indium selective absorber is obtained by substituting the phenol hydroxide groups of saw dust molecules with phosphate groups. An indium releasing agent for releasing indium from the indium selective absorber is one or more selected from hydrochloric acid, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, and nitrilo triacetic acid. A manufacturing method of the indium selective absorber includes the following steps: saw dust is impregnated into a phosphoric acid aqueous solution and is filtered to form phosphoric acid impregnated saw dust; the phosphoric acid impregnated saw dust is heat treated to form phosphate group substituted saw dust; and the phosphate group substituted saw dust is washed and dried.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing purified liquid fertilizer which manufactures liquid fertilizer by extracting minerals from sericite and filtering the same and more specifically, to a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method which can obtain environmentally friendly liquid fertilizer by manufacturing the liquid fertilizer from sericite which is a natural mineral. The apparatus and the method for manufacturing liquid fertilizer containing sericite according to the present invention can extract more mineral fertilizer compositions required for plant growth such as potassium, calcium, and sodium through a simple manipulation and reduce the energy source required for the extraction process. In addition, the liquid fertilizer manufactured by the apparatus and the method of the present invention: shows alkali properties so that acid soil can be neutralized; prevents acidification of soil; and can conveniently be used by removing sericite powder included in the liquid fertilizer and not blocking the nozzle of a liquid fertilizer sprayer.
