Abstract:
A skin whitening cosmetic composition containing sticopus japonicus extract is provided to show high inhibition effect corresponding to 69% tyrosinase inhibition effect comparison to that of the kojic acid which is the positive control group. A skin whitening cosmetic composition comprises a sticopus japonicus extract as an active ingredient. The extracts are extracted by using the hydrophilic solvent. The hydrophilic solvent is the water or the water-soluble ethanol. The extracts are extracted through the reflux extraction or the solvent acceleration extraction. The sticopus japonicus extract is the residual powder after collecting the extract from sticopus japonicus and evaporating the solvent.
Abstract:
A method for collecting extracts having the tyrosinase restraint capability from sticopus japonicus for whitening the skin and its collected stichopus japonicus extract are provided to ensure effective skin whitening function by tyrosinase inhibition effect 69% higher than that of the kojic acid which is the positive control group. A method for collecting extracts having the tyrosinase restraint capability from sticopus japonicus for whitening the skin comprises a step adding solvent to sticopus japonicus and extracting it. The solvent is a hydrophilic solvent. The extraction is the reflux extraction or the solvent acceleration extraction.
