Abstract: A method and a system for providing addressing in ocean sensor networks are provided to response against a sensor node which is fit for the user's order. A sink node(110) gives one or more sensor node the address to for each type of node. The cluster head(120) is assigned place from the sink node to for each type of node. The address is given one or more sensor node to for each type of node. The cluster member(130) is assigned place from the cluster head to for each type of node.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing addressing in an ocean sensor network are provided to reduce unnecessary energy consumption of sensor nodes. CONSTITUTION: The first sensor node(110) receives an address for network configuration. The first sensor node assigns an address to at least one sensor node per a type of a node. An address per a type of the node is assigned to the second sensor node(120) from the first sensor node. The second sensor node assigns the address to at least one sensor node per a type of the node. An address per a type of the node is assigned to the third sensor node(130) from the second sensor node. The third sensor node collects information corresponding to a type of the node.
