Abstract: A sensor for a QCM(Quarts Crystal Microbalance) system is provided to easily fix a receptor molecule on a surface by easily contacting a test object in the liquid phase or vapor phase with the sensor. A sensor for a QCM(Quarts Crystal Microbalance) system includes a sensor structure(100), a housing(200), and a pair of connecting wires(300). The sensor structure is made of several layers laminating on a circular quarts crystal substrate. The sensor housing has a receiving space for the sensor structure and safely receives the sensor structure in the receiving space. A metal thin film layer is formed on each plane of the sensor structure. The connecting wires are electrically connected to the metal thin film layer and are elongated outside the sensor housing. In a self assembly monomolecular layer of the sensor structure, anyone type of groups of a carboxyl group or an amino group is mixed with a hydroxy group at a side being far from the metal thin film layer.

Abstract: 수정결정 미소저울 (QCM) 시스템에서 사용되는 측정 센서는 센서 구조체, 센서 구조체를 수용하는 센서 하우징, 및 센서 구조체와 전기적으로 접속되고 센서 하우징의 외부로 연장되는 접속선을 포함한다. 센서 구조체는 원판 형태의 수정결정, 수정결정의 각 면에 마련된 금속 박막층, 금속 박막층 상에 형성된 자기조립(self-assembly) 단분자층, 및 자기조립 단분자층 위에 마련된 수용체를 구비한다. 센서 하우징은 시험 대상물이 센서 구조체의 수용체와 접촉한 후 배출될 수 있도록 안내하는 유입구 및 유출구를 구비한다. 센서 구조체의 자기조립 단분자층에서 상기 금속 박막층으로부터 먼 쪽에는 카르복시기 또는 아미노기 중 어느 한 종류의 기와 하이드록시기가 혼합되어 배열된다.
측정 센서를 이용하면 다른 측정 장비와 분리되어 용이하게 측정을 수행할 수 있으며, 수용체 분자를 용이하게 표면에 고정시킬 수 있다.
