Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for levitating animal cells absorbing fibroin microsphere with iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticles on the surface of a liquid medium without extraneous substances by using magnets; and cultivating. Suspension culture of animal cells is possible without using a supporter and without attaching artificial substances on a cell surface. In an existent hanging drop method, only fine cellular tissue whose size is 1 mm or less can be produced, but a 3 mm size of cellular tissue can be produced in the present invention.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种通过使用磁铁悬浮在无介质物质的液体介质表面上用氧化铁(Fe 3 O 4)纳米颗粒吸收丝心蛋白微球的动物细胞的方法; 并培养。 动物细胞的悬浮培养是可能的,而不需要使用支持者并且不将人造物质附着在细胞表面上。 在现有的悬滴式方法中,只能够制造尺寸为1mm以下的精细细胞组织,但在本发明中可以制造3mm尺寸的细胞组织。

Abstract: 본발명은산화철(FeO) 나노입자가포함된피브로인미세구를흡수한동물세포들을자석을이용하여부착물없이액상배지의표면에부양시켜배양하는방법에관한것으로, 지지체를사용하지않고, 세포표면에인공적인물질을부착시키지않는상태로동물세포의부유배양이가능한데, 기존의현적(hanging drop) 방법에서는 1 mm 이하의미세세포조직만을제조할수 있었지만, 본발명에서는 3mm 크기의세포조직을제조할수 있다.
