Abstract: A Rhodopseudomonas faecalis KL9 (KCTC 11243BP) is provided to produce inducing material which promotes plant growth, solubilize insoluble phosphoric acid, shorten the excessive use of the agricultural chemical and enhance productivity of crops. A Rhodopseudomonas faecalis KL9 (KCTC 11243BP) comprises rDNA (ribosomal DNA) of the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). The Rhodopseudomonas faecalis KL9 is collected soil from water-base sedimentary layer, and isolated by applying diluents of collected soil on a bilayer agar plate and paraffin-wax bilayer agar plate. The Rhodopseudomonas faecalis KL9 produces inducing material including an IAA[Indole-3-acetic acid], ALA[5'-aminolevulinic acid] and gibberellic acid.
