Abstract: The present invention relates to lysozyme protein from gryllotalpa orientalis, to a gene which codes the protein, to a recombinant vector which includes the gene, to a host cell which is transformed by the recombinant vector, to a method for preparing the lysozyme protein which includes a step which overexpresses the gene by transforming the recombinant vector into the host cell, to lysozyme protein manufactured by the method, an antibacterial microorganism product which includes the lysozyme protein as an active ingredient, and a method for preparing the antibacterial microorganism. By using the protein induced from the lysozyme gene which is isolated from the present invention, effective antibacterial agents and antibiotics can be developed so that the protein can be effectively used in industries.
