    Abstract: 본 발명은 다양한 직경의 수술기구를 삽입할 수 있는 트로카용 실링부재 및 이를 갖는 복강경 수술용 멀티포트 트로카를 개시한다. 본 발명의 복강경 수술용 멀티포트 트로카는 수술기구가 삽입될 수 있는 복수의 포트들을 갖는 본체와, 본체에 결합되고 수술기구가 관통할 수 있는 관통구멍을 갖는 슬리브와, 포트들을 통해 삽입되는 수술기구와 본체 사이를 실링하기 위해 포트들에 결합되는 복수의 실링부재들을 포함한다. 실링부재들은 중앙에 개방구가 형성된 도넛 형상의 몸체부와, 몸체부의 상부에서 개방구를 덮도록 몸체부의 상부에 마련되고 수술기구가 삽입될 수 있도록 개방구보다 작은 삽입구멍이 마련된 덮개부를 포함한다. 덮개부는 삽입구멍이 형성된 중앙부분이 개방구 안쪽을 향해 함몰되고, 삽입구멍의 직경보다 큰 직경의 수술기구가 삽입구멍에 삽입될 때 덮개부의 중앙부분이 개방구 안쪽으로 더욱 함몰되도록 탄성 변형되면서 삽입구멍이 확장된다.

    Abstract: A window sampling method using a digital image is provided to improve reliability of data and safety of a tunnel excavation plane by acquiring accurate data. A window sampling method using a digital image includes the steps of measuring a relative spatial coordinate of three adjusting points which are set on a vertical working plane, and two terrestrial sub points which are set on a ground plane toward left/right sides from a central point of the three pints, installing photographers on an extension line of two lines which connect the central point of three adjusting points to the two terrestrial sub points, and photographing each image through the photographers of two terrestrial sub points, checking a spatial coordinate for a couple of points of the photographed images by using a condition equation, setting a sampling window of four points having the same spatial coordinate in the couple of images, and calculating the number of joint lines and a density by the window sampling method for a predetermined window, and acquiring a direction of the joint plane.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A sealing member for a trocar and a multiport trocar for the laparoscope surgery having the same are provided to vary a size of an insertion hole so that surgery tools with various diameters can be inserted. CONSTITUTION: A sealing member(120) for a trocar comprises a body part(122) and a lid part(123). The body part forms an opening at a center and has a hollow shape. The body is rolled in a donut shape so that both ends should not be folded. The lid part is extended from one end of the body part for covering the opening, and arranges an insertion hole(124) with a diameter less than the diameter of the opening so that the surgery tools can be inserted. The center of the lid part, where the insertion hole is formed, is dented toward an inner side of the opening. The center of the lid part is elastically transformed so that it can be more dent toward the inner side of the opening when a surgical tool with a diameter more than the diameter of the insertion hole gets inserted into the insertion hole.
