Abstract: 본 발명은 제방이나 옹벽의 신축이나 보수에 사용되어 설치후 서서히 굳어짐에 따라 보다 견고한 제방을 유지할 수 있게 한 제방축조용 포대에 관한 것으로써, 포대의 내부에 저장된 경화성식생토가 바인더의 수화작용에 의해 서서히 경화되어 축조후 경화됨에 따라 보다 견고한 제방을 유지할 수 있으며, 경화성식생토에 씨앗을 더 혼합하여 씨앗이 발아하여 자생될 수 있게 함으로 식생 피복에 의해 친환경적인 제방을 축조할 수 있게 하는 제방축조용 포대에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명의 제방축조용 포대는 하천제방에 설치되어 물의 흐름을 차단하거나 옹벽에 설치되어 토사의 흐름을 차단하고 지지하게 되는데, 상기 포대의 내부에는 바인더의 수화작용에 의해 서서히 굳어지는 경화성식생토가 저장되고, 상기 경화성식생토는 토사와 골재 및 바인더를 혼합하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A waterproof structure for protecting an embankment is provided to prevent an embankment from collapsing by rapidly installing a waterproof mat in case of heavy rain. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof structure for protecting an embankment is composed as follows. Two or more waterproof mats(3) are installed from the inner water surface to the outer bottom surface of an embankment(10). Support bars are fixed between multiple supports(1) embedded in the embankment. Movement preventing nuts are installed in the support bars and prevent the support bars fixed to the supports from being longitudinally moved. The waterproof mats are detachably installed in the support bars and selectively cover the embankment.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of a vegetation block using a constructive solid geometry(CSG) material, and the vegetation block are provided to use recycling aggregate and bottom ash for producing the vegetation block to reduce the construction cost. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a vegetation block using a constructive solid geometry(CSG) material comprises the following steps: mixing the constructive solid geometry material including soil and cement, with water; inserting the CSG mixture into a mold for producing the block; hardening the CSG mixture for obtaining a CSG layer; mounting bed soil with seeds on the upper side of the CSG layer; and hardening the bed soil. The CSG mixture contains 70~90parts of soil by weight, 3~15parts of water by weight, and 3~15parts of cement.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A soil bag for constructing an embankment is provided to provide a secure embankment by hardening soil stored in the soil bag through hydration. CONSTITUTION: A soil bag(1) for constructing an embankment comprises hardenable soil(11). The hardenable soil is formed by mixing earth and soil with binder. The hardenable soil is gradually hardened through the hydration of the binder. The hardenable soil comprises seeds. Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing a waterproof mat is provided to effectively prevent an embankment from collapsing by remotely controlling a motor depending on a water level. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and closing a waterproof mat comprises a water mat(1), a guide bar(2), an extendable bar(3), a motor(4), and a controller(5). The waterproof mat is installed on the inclined surface of an embankment. The guide bar is installed to be horizontal to the surface of the embankment and supports the waterproof mat. The extendable bar is rotatably installed in one end of the guide bar. The motor is installed in the end of the extendable bar. The center shaft of the motor winds the waterproof mat. The controller controls the operation of the motor.
