Abstract: The present invention relates to a regenerative bicycle which charges a battery with a voltage which is generated in a BLDC motor installed in a front wheel. In a hybrid electric bicycle which is driven by a hand operation or a battery and a motor, the motor is the BLDC motor which is installed in the front wheel of the electric bicycle. The present invention includes a step-up circuit which boosts a voltage which is generated in the BLDC motor in case of a hand operation and charges a battery by applying the boosted voltage.
