    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sap collecting apparatus. The sap collecting apparatus includes: a sap storage pack which is closely attached in a vacuum state; a sharp end member which discharges sap by being forcibly and directly connected to a sap collecting object; and a sap transfer pipe which leads sap to the sap storage pack by connecting the sharp end member with the sap storage pack. The sharp end member includes: a blade which is inserted into the sap collecting object by forming a front end sharply; a connection unit which is inserted into the sap collecting object and forms a hole by being extended from the blade; a sharp end main body which is connected to the connection unit and collects sap; and a rear end unit which is exposed to the outside of the sap collecting object by being formed to be thicker than the sharp end main body in the rear end of the sharp end main body and blocks air from flowing to a space between the sharp end main body and the sap collecting object. The connection unit is formed to be thicker than the sharp end main body, the sharp end main body is formed in a hollow shape, multiple sap inlet holes are formed to make sap flow to the upper side, and a sap discharge hole is formed to discharge sap of the sharp end main body to the outside in the rear end part.
