Abstract: The present invention relates to: a humanized antibody against human L1CAM; a method for preparing the humanized antibody; and a composition for treating cancer containing the humanized antibody. The humanized antibody of the present invention has low immunogenicity and high affinity and specificity against L1CAM, and is capable of effectively controlling the proliferation of cancer cells and minimizing side effects.
