Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring the division of sperm chromosome using histogram is provided to effectively determine the quality of sperms. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the division of sperm using histogram comprises: a step of capturing an area which is predetermined(S210); a step of acquiring histogram for the captured region(S220); a step of isolating a core area and halo area of the sperm(S230); and a step of measuring division level of the sperm chromosome(S240).
