Abstract: PURPOSE: A cubic phase containing a surfactant-coumarin conjugate fixed on an aqueous micro-channel is provided to ensure photo-responsive release property and to control release of a hydrophilic target material by UV irradiation. CONSTITUTION: A photo-responsive cubic phase contains a surfactant-coumarin conjugate fixed on an aqueous channel of a monoolein cubic phase. The release of a target material is controlled by irradiating with light. A method for preparing the photo-responsive cubic phase comprises: a step of performing covalent bond of coumarin at a hydrophilic head part of a surfactant and preparing a surfactant-coumarin conjugate; a step of mixing the surfactant-coumarin conjugate with monoolein and melting to prepare a mixture solution; and a step of hydrating the mixture solution and preparing a cubic phase.

Abstract: 본 발명은 광 반응성 큐빅상 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 계면활성제-쿠마린 결합체가 모노올레인 큐빅상의 수상채널에 고정화되어 있고, 광 조사에 의하여 목적물질의 방출을 제어할 수 있는 광 반응성 큐빅상 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 광 반응성 큐빅상 조성물에 자외선을 조사하여 큐빅상의 수상 채널에 고정화되어 있는 계면활성제-쿠마린 결합체를 광 가교(photo-cross linking)시키면 수상 마이크로 채널의 확산저항이 증가하여 큐빅상은 비교적 적은 양의 내용물을 방출한다. 즉, 본 발명의 계면활성제-쿠마린 결합체가 수상 마이크로 채널에 고정화되어 있는 큐빅상은 광 반응성 방출특성(photo-responsive release property)이 있다.
