    Abstract: A redispersible agar fibroin microcapsule and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to keep a material collected in the microcapsule steadily by hardening a fibroin film on the microcapsule. A redispersible agar fibroin microcapsule includes an outer layer of the agar fibroin microcapsule from emulsion of a water-in-oil type and a fibroin covering layer formed on the outer. The emulsion of a water-in-oil type is formed by spraying an agar solution into the oil added an emulsifying agent. The emulsifying agent is a non-ionic surface active agent.
