Abstract: 본 발명은 고분자 재료의 크리프 시험과 응력완화 시험을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 고분자 재료의 크리프 및 응력완화 시험기를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 고분자 재료의 크리프 및 응력완화 시험기는 상부에 위치하며 고분자 재료로 제작된 크리프 시험용 복수의 시험편들과 응력완화 시험용 시험편이 동일한 공간의 내부에 위치되는 가열로와, 크리프 시험용 복수의 시험편들을 고정하고 시험편들에 대하여 크리프 시험을 수행하는 크리프 시험장치와, 응력완화 시험용 시험편을 고정하고 시험편에 대하여 응력완화 시험을 수행하는 응력완화 시험장치로 이루어진다. 크리프 시험장치는 시험편을 고정하는 한쌍의 상부 그리퍼 및 하부 그리퍼와, 하부로드에 의하여 하부 그리퍼와 연결되어 하부 그리퍼에 직접 하중을 가하는 하중추로 이루어져 있다. 본 발명에 따라, 크리프 시험과 응력완화 시험을 동시에 수행하여 고분자 재료의 내구성능을 저비용 및 고효율로 시험할 수 있으며, 또한, 동일한 환경하에서 크리프 시험과 응력완화 시험을 하게 되어 고분자 재료의 기계적 특성을 정확히 파악함으로써 내구수명 예측의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer material creep and a stress relaxation tester are provided to accurately understand the mechanical property of the polymer material by testing the creep and the stress relaxation under the same environment, thereby enhancing the reliability of the endurance life prediction. CONSTITUTION: A polymer material creep and a stress relaxation tester comprise a heating furnace (20), a creep tester (30), and a stress relaxation tester (40). The heating furnace is located at the top. A plurality of test piece for the creep test and a test piece for the stress relaxation are located inside an identical space. The creep tester fixes the plurality of test piece for the creep test. The creep tester performs the creep test of the test pieces. The stress relaxation tester fixes the test piece for the stress relaxation test. The stress relaxation tester performs the stress relaxation test to the test piece.
