Abstract: 본 발명은 새 항원형의 돼지 보데텔라 브론키셉티카 백신 균주에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 기존의 백신 균주와 상이한 유전형 및 항원형을 가지는 보데텔라 브론키셉티카 IVKBO4008 균주 및 이를 포함하는 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 백신 균주는 국내에서 최근에 유행하는 보데텔라 브론키셉티카의 대표적 항원성과 유전형을 지니고 있기 때문에 이를 포함한 백신 조성물은 매우 효과적으로 보데텔라 브론키셉티카 감염증을 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A novel genotype and antigenic type of swine Bordetella bronchiseptica strain is provided to efficiently prevent the Bordetella bronchiseptica infection by incorporating the representative antigenicity and genotype of Bordetella bronchiseptica which are recently popular in Korea. The Bordetella bronchiseptica IVKBO4008 strain(KCTC 11116P) comprises the pertactin sequence in which a 581th amino acid, glycine, is deleted in the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:11. A composition for preventing the Bordetella bronchiseptica infection including swine atrophic rhinitis comprises the Bordetella bronchiseptica IVKBO4008 strain(KCTC 11116P), and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or diluents.

Abstract translation: 提供了一种新型的基因型和抗原型猪支气管炎博德特氏菌菌株，通过结合最近在韩国流行的支气管炎博德特氏菌的代表性抗原性和基因型，有效地预防支气管炎博德特氏菌感染。 支气管炎博德特氏菌IVKBO4008菌株（KCTC 11116P）包含在SEQ ID NO：11所示的氨基酸序列中缺失第581位氨基酸甘氨酸的百日苷酸序列。 用于预防支气管炎博德特氏菌感染（包括猪萎缩性鼻炎）的组合物包括支气管炎博德特氏菌IVKBO4008菌株（KCTC 11116P）和药学上可接受的载体或稀释剂。
