Abstract: 본 발명은 사각 패치형 발룬 필터에 관한 것으로, 사각 패치의 내부에 발룬 및 대역 통과 필터의 특성을 동시에 만족하는 X자형 슬롯을 형성하고, 사각 패치의 일측 모서리에 삼각 퍼터베이션을 형성하여 사각 패치의 공간을 최대로 활용함으로써, 삽입 손실을 감소하고 넓은 대역폭을 제공하기 위한, 사각 패치형 발룬 필터를 제공하고자 한다.
이를 위하여, 본 발명은 접지판 위에 배치되는 유전체 기판; 상기 유전체 기판 위에 배치되며, 내부에 X자형으로 한 쌍의 직선 슬롯이 서로 교차되어 있는 사각 패치;를 포함하며, 상기 사각 패치는, 입력단, 제1 출력단 및 제2 출력단을 설치하되, 상기 제1 출력단과 상기 제2 출력단 간에 180°위상차를 갖고, 상기 입력단과 상기 제1 출력단 간에 90°위상차를 가지며, 상기 입력단과 상기 제2 출력단 간의 90°위상차를 갖도록 배치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A quadrilateral patch type balun filter is provided to maximally utilize the space of a square patch by forming an X-shaped slot inside the square patch. CONSTITUTION: In a quadrilateral patch type balun filter, a dielectric substrate(120) is arranged on an earth plate. A square patch(110) is arranged on the dielectric substrate. A pair of straight line slots of X-shaped is crossed each other inside the square patch. The square patch comprises an input terminal(130), a first output terminal(140), and a second output terminal(150) The first output terminal and the second output terminal have 180° phase difference. The input terminal and the first output terminal have 90° phase difference. The input terminal and the second output terminal have 90° phase difference.
