Abstract:
본 발명은 동물의 전신으로 계면활성제를 관류시는 단계를 포함하는 심폐 일체형 바이오스캐폴드를 제조하는 방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 심폐 일체형 바이오스캐폴드에 관한 것이다. 장기이식 대기자 중에 심장이식 대상자의 많은 수가 심폐의 일체형 이식을 요구하고 있으며, 폐는 장기의 구조 및 특성상 타장기와 동시에 탈세포화 시키기 힘든바, 본 발명의 심폐 일체형으로 유지하면서 탈세포화 시키는 방법은 이러한 심폐장기이식이 필요한 환자에게 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for decellularization from heart and lung is provided to enable decellularization from heart and lung which are anatomically and functionally combined, and to use for a patient who needs heart and lung transplantation. CONSTITUTION: A method for decellularization from heart and lung comprises: a step of perfusing a surfactant through carotid artery; a step of perfusing the surfactant through portal vein a predetermined time after the perfusion through carotid artery; and a step of perfusing the surfactant through front mesentery artery and aorta and vena cava of the rear portion renal vein. The present invention relate to a skin transplantation method for facilitating a collection of skin tissue comprising transplants when transplanting an animal skin. When using the skin transplantation method according to the present invention, a graft is firmly fixed to an implant site whereby risk of loss is small; and abundant samples can be acquired from a small number of animals, thereby enabling an effective application in research of transplant rejection in animals, etc.

PURPOSE: A method for removing heterologous immunogens and retrovirus from a bioscaffold is provided to prevent acute immune rejection or infection of retrovirus. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing heterologous immunogens and retrovirus from a bioscaffold comprises the following steps: preparing an internal organ to make a bioscaffold; and dipping the internal organ in a surfactant. The internal organ is the liver of a pig. The surfactant is 0.1-0.25% concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bio scaffold is provided to remove major heteroimmunity antigen and manhole cask virus pathogen. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bio scaffold comprises the following steps: preparing an organ which will be manufactured into bio scaffold; and dipping the organ into SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate). The organ is selected from a group consisting of anthropoid, pig, cow, sheep, and goat. When the organ is belong to pig, liver is used. The concentration of the SDS is 0.05-0.25 %.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method of a bio-scaffold using an SDS solution. A 0.1% SDS cell-detaching solution of the present invention has excellent shape and microstructure preserving properties when producing the bio-scaffold, and an excellent rapid cell-detaching effect of organ tissues from animals, thereby being practically used for producing the bio-scaffold.
