Abstract: The present invention provides: a recombinant vector including a recombinant protein coding gene which recombinates Spodopteraexigua derived attacin gene, a linker protein coding gene which forms a helix, and Protaetiabrevitarsisseulensis derived coleoptericin gene from 5' to 3'; a host cell which is transformed by the recombinant vector; and a method for preparing attacin-coleoptericin hybrid protein which includes steps of overexpressing recombinant genes by transforming the recombinant vector into the host cell; the attacin-coleoptericin hybrid protein prepared by the method; antibacterial microbial agents including the recombinant protein as active ingredients; and a method for preparing the microbial agents.
