Abstract: A balun-bandpass filter using a dual-mode ring resonator is provided to realize both a balun characteristic and a band pass filter characteristic in a band width by a simple microstrip line path structure. A balun-bandpass filter using a dual-mode ring resonator includes a substrate, a one-wavelength ring resonator(50), an input terminal(60), a first output terminal(70), and a second output terminal(80). The one-wavelength ring resonator includes a first line path(51), a second line path(52), a third line path(53), and an open stub line path. The input terminal supplies an input signal from the outside from the ring resonator. The first output terminal generates a first output signal from the ring resonator. The second output terminal generates a second output signal of the same level of the first output signal from the ring resonator and a phase difference of 180 degrees from the first output signal from the ring resonator. The ring resonator has a two-stage band pass characteristic through forming a dual mode by differentiating impedance between the first line path and the second line path through the first and second output terminal in the input terminal.
