Abstract: An absorptive polymer-cement concrete composition is provided to improve crack resistance due to drying shrinkage and sagging and extend a durable period owing to high bending strength and tensile strength. An absorptive polymer-cement concrete composition is obtained by mixing 10-20wt% of cement, 40-45wt% of fine aggregate, 30-35wt% of coarse aggregate, 1-5wt% of a re-emulsification type powder resin, 0.1-3wt% of a highly absorptive polymer, 0.001-2wt% of a plasticizer, 0.001-0.01wt% of an antifoaming agent, and 0.2-5wt% of fiber, based on the total composition. The highly absorptive polymer is selected from the group comprising polyvinylalcohol/polyacrylic acid-based or starch/polyacrylic acid graft-based absorptive polymers. Further, the re-emulsification type powder resin is selected one or a mixture from a group comprising polyvinylalcohol-based, styrene butadiene rubber-based, PVA-VeoVa, polyvinylethylene-based and ethylene vinyl acetate-based resin.

Abstract: 본 발명은 체결밴드의 저면 내부에 형성된 홈부에 2액형 열경화성수지 용액이 함침된 직물층을 부착시키고, 상기 2액형 열경화성수지 용액이 함침된 직물층에 경화제를 분무한 다음, 체결밴드를 관 연결부위에 감고, 결합부의 볼트 연결부에서 볼트를 체결하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 관체용 체결구의 체결방법을 제공함으로서 체결과정이 간단한 공정으로 이루어질 수 있고, 접착제가 체결구의 방지턱 외부로 흘러내리지 않아 체결 후 장시간 수밀성을 유지할 수 있으며, 접착제를 도포하는 과정에 있어서도 사용하고자 하는 체결밴드의 접착제에만 경화제를 사용함으로서 접착제의 사용량을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 경화 후 접착부의 강도증진을 할 수 있는 효과를 가져오는 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A coupler for pipes and a coupling method using the coupler are provided to effectively reduce the used amount of an adhesive, to keep waterproof effect, and to enhance reinforcing effect by preventing the outflow of the adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A fabric layer(16) applied with liquid thermosetting resin liquid is attached to a recess(13) of a connecting band(11). A hardening agent is sprayed to the fabric layer. The connecting band is wound on the conjunction of a pipe. A bolt is connected to a bolt connecting portion(14b) of a connecting part(14). The thermosetting resin liquid absorbed in the fabric layer does not flow out of a sill(12).
