Abstract: The present invention provides a composition for coating a stent comprising a poloxamer-poly (ε-caprolacton) block copolymer in which a hydroxyl terminus of poloxamer is connected with the carboxyl terminus by an ester bond; a stent the surface of which is coated with the stent coating composition; a manufacturing method thereof; and a method for using the poloxamer-poly (ε-caprolacton) block copolymer to coat the stent.
