    Abstract: PURPOSE: A solid electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery, its preparation method and a lithium secondary battery and a microsensor containing the electrolyte are provided, to improve the stability of the solid electrolyte at an electrode and an interface by a high lithium ion conductivity, a low electron conductivity and a structurally stable network structure. CONSTITUTION: The solid electrolyte comprises five elements comprising Li, B, X, O and N, wherein the molar ratio of X/B is 1 or less and X is selected from the group consisting of Si, Al, Ge and As. The method comprises the steps of forming a target capable of providing Li, B, X and O with a molar ratio of X/B of 1 or less; and sputtering it under pure N2 or the atmosphere containing N2 to form a thin film comprising five elements comprising Li, B, X, O and N. Also the solid electrolyte comprises five elements comprising Li, B, P, O and N, wherein the molar ratio of P/B is 1 or less. The method comprises the steps of forming a target capable of providing Li, B, P and O with a molar ratio of P/B of 1 or less; and sputtering it under pure N2 or the atmosphere containing N2 to form a thin film containing five elements comprising Li, B, P, O and N.
