Abstract: A method of manufacturing a health supplementary food using ultra-fine powder of Cordyceps sinensis obtained is provided to maximize pharmacological activity such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effect and increase unsaturated fatty acid. Ultra-fine powder of Cordyceps sinensis is mixed with lactose in a weight ratio of 1:2 and granulated. The ultra-fine powder of Cordyceps sinensis is obtained by the steps of: drying Cordyceps sinensis at 125deg.C to a moisture content of 20% in a far infrared ray dryer in a first step and to a moisture content of less than 5% and grinding to a particle size of less than 44 micrometers at grinding speed of 80 to 90m/s.

밀리타리스동충하초를 메탄올로 추출하고 헥산, 부탄올, 에틸 아세테이트 및 물 순으로 분획한 후 각 분획에 대하여 MTT 분석법으로 항암 효과를 측정하여 가장 강한 활성을 나타낸 부탄올 분획에 대하여 1차 실리카겔 컬럼 크로마토그래피, 2차 실리카겔 컬럼 크로마토그래피, 세파덱스 컬럼 크로마토그래피 및 HPLC를 차례로 실시하여 최종적인 단일 화합물을 얻을 수 있었다. 이와같이 분리된 화합물은 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, COSY, hetero COSY, LC-MS및 FT-IR 등의 분석을 통하여 그 구조를 확인할 수 있었고, 이는 MTT 분석 결과 B16F10(흑색종), DU145(전립선암), Hela(자궁경부암) 등의 암세포에 강한 억제작용을 나타내므로 다양한 암에 대한 예방 및 치료제로서 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
