    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing natural mixture extract for skin whitening is provided to suppress tyrosinase synthesis and melanogenesis. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains 0.5-2 weight parts of black garlic extract and 0.5-2 weight parts of Moutan Radicis Cortex based on 1 weight part of pure extract as an active ingredient. A method for obtaining the herb mixture extract comprises: a step of mixing 8.7-12.7 weight parts of distilled water with 1 weight part of dried herb mixture; a step of performing shaking incubation at 50-70°C for 20-28 hours; a step of centrifuging at 5000-7000rpm for 50-70 minutes; and a step of filtering and freeze-drying.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a skin functional peptide combined with a fatty acid is provided to easily produce a peptide combined with an oleic acid in a nanosome form, thereby increasing the percutaneous absorption rate and effectively removing skin wrinkle within short period of time in a wide range. The method comprises the steps of: (a) reacting oleic acid with diisopropylcarbodiimide in the presence of dimethyl formamide; (b) after reacting peptide with dimethyl formamide, adding it to the resultant product obtained from the step(a); (c) after removing the dimethyl formamide using a centrifugal separator after the completion of the reaction, putting methanol therein to remove foreign materials and the remaining dimethyl formamide therefrom; (d) removing the methanol from the peptide using a centrifugal separator and nitrogen gas; (e) reacting the methanol removed peptide with trifluoroacetic acid(TFA) cleavage solution; (f) after filtering the reaction product obtained from the step(e) with a filter, dropping the solution filtered through the filter in diethyl ether to generate precipitate; (g) removing the diethyl ether and TFA cleavage solution from the precipitate-formed peptide using a centrifugal separator; (h) after putting diethyl ether therein, removing supernatant therefrom using a centrifugal separator; and (i) removing the diethyl ether from the peptide using nitrogen gas. After the step(i), a step of dispersing the product obtained from the step(i) in oleic acid and a step of passing the dispersion through a micro-fluidizer for 5-10 times to obtain a nanosome shaped peptide is further performed.
