Abstract: A system and a method for providing an interactive shopping file are provided to enable a user to promote sales through personal media by appealing a goods or contents item visually and processing payment of the item in one webpage, which includes the personal media such as a blog, a mini-homepage, and an Internet cafe, without escaping the webpage. A goods information input unit(110) receives goods information of a goods item by connecting to a seller terminal. A payment processor(130) performs a function for processing payment of the goods item. An interactive shopping file generator(120) generates an interactive shopping file for each goods item. An interactive shopping file web server(140) assigns an interactive shopping file URL(Uniform Resource Locator) to the interactive shopping file and provides the interactive shopping file on the network. The interactive shopping file includes a goods information output screen for displaying the goods information, a payment information input screen for receiving payment information for the goods item from a buyer, and a payment result display screen for processing the payment according to the received payment information and outputting a payment result by communicating with the payment processor. A goods comment management unit(170) manages the comments of purchasers for the goods.
