Abstract: PURPOSE: A necklace used as a decorative accessory and a cellular phone string is provided to devise the convenient carrying of a cellular phone, and to enable a user to freely adjust the length of the necklace. CONSTITUTION: The relatively long length of necklace is wound around a winding plate(2) installed in a body(1). The winding plate is designed to be leaned in the winding direction of a windup spring(3). A necklace locking device(5) is mounted on near a necklace entrance(8) formed in the body, a hook(11) is formed at the bottom point of the body, and a shield plate for the hook is formed at the bottom point of a cover(6) so as to stabilize a cellular phone connection ring to be hung on the hook. The necklace is formed into a strip marked with degrees.
