Abstract:
롤투롤 연속공정을 통한 염료감응형 태양전지의 생산 장치 및 생산방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 염료감응형 태양전지를 연속공정을 통해 생산하는 기술로 각 기능층을 형성하기 위한 기존 공정들을 효율적으로 배치하여 각 공정에 필요한 시간을 단축할 뿐만 아니라 재현 반복성을 향상시키는 등의 자동화 기술을 접목한 것이다. 각 기능층의 형성, 가공 등에 있어서 장시간의 열처리 및 화학적인 공정을 효과적으로 단축할수 있도록 설계되었으며 이에 필요한 공간 또한 효율적으로 활용하여 염료감응형 태양전지를 non-stop공정으로 생산할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

비접촉 센서를 이용한 롤투롤 인쇄패턴의 표면 거칠기 실시간 검출 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 표면거칠기 측정을 위한 정전용량 센서부와, 롤 진원도 및 편심도 측정을 위한 와전류 또는 비접촉 센서부와 상기 센서의 장착 및 위치 보정을 위한 거치부 그리고 측정된 데이터 계산 및 처리를 위한 데이터 처리부 및 그 로직을 포함하여 구성함으로써, 롤투롤 인쇄물의 표면 거칠기를 온라인으로 측정할 수 있으며, 다음 단계 인쇄를 위한 표면 거칠기 데이터를 축적하여 다층 인쇄시 공정조건 변경에 적용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

PURPOSE: An operating tension set-up method for preventing a delamination phenomenon in a roll-to-roll lamination process and a slip phenomenon in a rewinding section is provided to reduce the defects of the end products through the set-up of an appropriate operating tension, thereby improving the quality of the end products. CONSTITUTION: An operating tension set-up method for preventing a delamination phenomenon in a roll-to-roll lamination process and a slip phenomenon in a rewinding section is as follows. The speed of operation is determined based on the drying time and temperature(S10). The operating tension capable for preventing the slip is determined through a slip simulation(S20). The operating tension capable for preventing the delamination is determined through a delamination test(S50). The final operating tension is determined by the comparison of the operating tension capable of preventing the slip with the operating tension capable of preventing a delamination(S60). The operating tension is determined based on the kind of ink used and the drying time and temperature according to the length of a dryer. The slip simulation determines the operating tension for the prevention of the slip by using a fixed mathematical modeling. PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for detecting the film thickness of a printed pattern are provided to monitor the quality of a product by detecting the film thickness of a printed pattern, which is formed on a flexible board with a roll-to-roll printing method, in real time and outputting the detection result on a monitor screen. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting the film thickness of a printed pattern is as follows. The electrostatic capacity corresponding to the thickness between a printed pattern and a roll is detected. The eddy current corresponding to the surface shape of the roll is detected. The eccentricity of the roll, a processing error, and an error caused by abrasion are calculated based on the eddy current. The film thickness of the printed pattern is calculated based on the area between the printed pattern and the roll and the calculated errors(S113).

본 발명은 롤투롤 시스템의 건조 시 온도 변화에 따른 열 변형률을 고려한 확장된 장력 모델을 이용하여 새로운 장력 제어 기법을 제안하는 롤투롤 전자 인쇄 시스템의 건조구간 내 피드포워드 장력 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 확장된 장력 모델은 장력 변화 시 탄성계수, 열 팽창계수, 열 변형률의 변화에 따른 효과를 고려하며, 웹의 열 변형률이 속도 조정으로 보상하여, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 실험 검증이 행해져 결과적으로, 제안된 장력 제어 로직이 기존의 장력 제어 로직이 지닌 문제를 극복할 뿐만 아니라 롤투롤 시스템의 건조 구간에서 장력 제어 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. PURPOSE: A tension control method using a pole placement scheme is provided to reduce register error as a controller controls the setting time of a roll-to-roll print system within a time constant of the system. CONSTITUTION: The time constant of a roll-to-roll system is calculated. The intrinsic vibration number and the attenuation ratio of the roll to roll system are calculated. The settling time of the roll to roll system is determined lower than the time constant of the system. By the settling time of the roll to roll system, register errors are reduced. The register is expressed by the function of the tension defined between spans of two driven rolls(3,4).

A method for controlling a resister precisely for an electric component continuous roll-to-roll print is provided to remove additional resister disturbance by compensating for the disturbance due to the speed change of the upward print roll using a feedforward control logic. The resister disturbance due to the speed change of an upward print roll is compensated through a feedforward control logic. The material inputted through a first print roll is tensely controlled through an unwinder section and an infeed section. A register error value is calculated through a register sensor. A first feedback control compensating signal is calculated through the feedforward control logic. The first feedback control compensating signal is inputted to a second print roll. The material passing through the third print roll calculates the resistor error value through a resistor sensor installed in the rear of the third print roll.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for detecting shortage of a roll-to-roll multilayered printed pattern are provided to detect the shortage of a multilayered printed pattern using the output of an eddy current sensor that senses conductive materials at the point of a shortage. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting the shortage of a roll-to-roll multilayered printed pattern is as follows. Capacitance and eddy currents at a position of a multilayered printed pattern are successively measured(S102). The measured capacitance and eddy current are compared with the capacitance characteristic, which is measured both in a conductive layer and a non-conductive layer, and the eddy current characteristic, which is measured only in the conductive layer, and the shortage of the non-conductive layer region is determined(S106).
