Abstract:
PURPOSE: A class-e power amplifier with an automatic electricity regulating loop and a load compensation circuit is provided to obtain a high efficiency property by including only two loops with different functions in the structure of a traditional Class-E power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A load compensation loop(100) recompenses the change of efficiency due to a load. An power regulating loop(200) regularly maintains power. The load compensation loop recompenses the change of the efficiency due to the load through a load compensation capacitor bank(110) and a capacitor bank controller(120) which controls the load compensation capacitor bank. The power regulating loop includes an error amplifier(210). The power regulating loop regularly maintains the power with the reference voltage.

본 발명은 오버샘플링 방법을 적용한 베리어블 데이터 레이트 올 디지털 클록-데이터 복원 시스템 및 그 방법에 대한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 클록 주파수를 데이터 레이트(Data rate)에 비해 빠르게 오버샘플링이 이루어지도록 하는 오버샘플링 방법을 적용한 베리어블 데이터 레이트 올 디지털 클록-데이터 복원 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 초기에 프리앰블 데이터(Preamble Data)가 인가될 경우, 데이터 카운터(Data Counter)가 카운팅한 값을 메인 카운터(Main Counter)에 저장하는 단계와, 실제 데이터가 들어올 경우, 상기 카운팅 된 값을 주파수 정보로 사용하여 상기 메인 카운터에서 카운팅을 진행하는 단계와, 데이터 레지스터(Data Register)가 카운팅을 결정하는 단계와, 상기 각 데이터의 Counter 출력을 통해 1과 0의 데이터를 복원하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A method for selectively concentrating, isolating, and purifying NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase is provided to develop a novel drug. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating and purifying NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase comprises: a step of crushing cells and centrifuging; a step of removing supernatant and collecting precipitate containing membrane proteins; a step of isolating the membrane proteins with a complex detergent of CHAPS(3-[(3-cholamido propyl)dimethyl ammonio]-1-propan sulfate) and polyglycol ether surfactant(Tergitol NP-10); and a step of selectively isolating the membrane protein using Ni2+-nitrilotriacetic acid(NTA) agarose column.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A variable data rate all digital clock-data recovery system and method using an oversampling method are provided to selectively restore data by comparing size of data based on a count value which is stored in primary frequency information. CONSTITUTION: A data counter(10) obtains frequency information with an oversampling clock. A data register(30) is used as a register which determines counting. The data register performs the counting in a section of data 1. A majority voter(40) restores data of 1 and 0 through outputs of each data counter. The majority voter is used as a majority determination circuit determining majority through a data signal.
