Abstract: PURPOSE: A DNA chip for diagnosing microbes of a pig gut and a kit comprising the same are provided to predict pig diseases and to accurately analyze the effect of feed additive. CONSTITUTION: A DNA chip for analyzing microbes of a pig gut contains a probe selected from sequence numbers 1-747. The gut includes cecum, colon, or rectum. A kit for analyzing microbes of a pig gut contains: a composition for analyzing the mibrobes containing the probes; a forward and reverse primer pair for amplifying poly nucleic acid in a sample isolated from a pig; a buffer solution for inducing hybridization; and a solution for washing hybridization.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于诊断猪肠道微生物的DNA芯片和包含该DNA芯片的试剂盒，以预测猪疾病并准确分析饲料添加剂的影响。 构成：用于分析猪肠道微生物的DNA芯片含有选自序列号1-747的探针。 肠道包括盲肠，结肠或直肠。 用于分析猪肠道微生物的试剂盒包含：用于分析含有探针的多个混合物的组合物; 用于扩增从猪分离的样品中的多核酸的正向和反向引物对; 用于诱导杂交的缓冲溶液; 和洗涤杂交溶液。
