본 발명은 석산개발지역 복원용 식생기반재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 피트모스, 펄라이트, 목질원료, 펄프, 토양 안정제 및 물을 (1.0 ~ 5.0) : (0.1 ~ 3.0) : (1.0 ~ 5.0) : (0.1 ~ 3.0) : (0.1 ~ 3.0) : (1.0 ~ 5.0)(w/w/w/w/w/w)의 중량비로 포함하는, 석산개발지역 복원용 식생기반재를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 식생기반재를 석산개발지역 중 경사가 있는 특수한 장소에 적용할 경우 식물의 조기 활착 및 신속한 생장을 촉진할 수 있으며, 식생을 원활하게 하기 위한 토양 유출 완화에 효과가 있어 경사면을 안정화 할 수 있다.

본발명은피트모스(peat moss) 20 내지 40 중량%, 퍼라이트(perlite) 10 내지 20 중량%, 목질원료 20 내지 40 중량% 및미생물강화제 20 내지 40 중량% 를포함하는미생물강화기능성식생기반재를제공한다. 따라서산불등에의해식생의기반인미생물과유기물이훼손된토양에서도식생이빠르게활착할수 있다.

The present invention relates to a production method of glucose using hybrid poplar (Populus nigra x Populus maximowiczii). The production method of glucose using hybrid poplar uses the Populus nigra x Populus maximowiczii which is a crossbreeding as a rapid growth tree, and is capable of producing glucose with high efficiency while minimizing the degeneration of useful urea by processing with microwaves after processing with an alkaline compound. The glucose can be used for a process of producing bioethanol.

CONSTITUTION: A natural insecticide composition contains Coptischinensis extract and Syzygiumaromaticum extract as an active ingredient. The extract is an organic solvent extract fraction. The Coptischinensis extract is a chloroform organic solvent extract fraction of Coptischinensishot water extract powder. The Syzygiumaromaticum extract is an ethyl acetate organic solvent extract fraction of Syzygiumaromaticum extract powder. The composition has an insecticidal function against Uroleuconlactucicola. The composition further containsagronomically acceptable carriers.

A control agent using Steinernama carpocapsae is provided to heighten the lethal effect to Incilaria confusa by attracting Incilaria confusa by feed without environmental pollution or ecological side effect. A control agent of Inclaria confusa using Steinernama carpocapsae is made in a form of hiding Steinernama carpocapsae in the slice of potato. A method for controlling Inclaria confusa using Steinernama carpocapsae comprises: a step of preparing and drying slice of potato for inducing Inclaria confusa by feed; a step of culturing Steinernama carpocapsae; a step of inserting the cultured Steinernama carpocapsae between the slice of potato; and a step of killing the Inclaria confuse.

PURPOSE: A method for extracting effective ingredients from plant using steam treatment is provided to effectively extract the effective ingredients of plant by lowering reaction temperature as much as 95 to 110 deg.C and applying a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, and an apparatus for extracting effective ingredients from plant using steam treatment used in the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises step (a) of cutting the plant to a size corresponding to size of container of extracting apparatus; step (b) of sealing the container after putting the cut plant of the step (a) into the container of the extracting apparatus and injecting distilled water into the container in such a quantity that the plant is not immersed into the distilled water; and step (c) of extracting the effective ingredients of the plant by maintaining an inner temperature of the extracting apparatus to 95 to 110 deg.C and applying a pressure between 1 atm and 2 atm to the extracting apparatus after the step (b). The apparatus comprises a heating part(4), a distillation column(6), a cooling tank(16), a cooling unit(20), a reaction container, a thermometer(8), a connection pipe(13), a discharge pipe(7), a valve(11) and a locking unit(9), wherein the apparatus further comprises a ceramic container(21) for emitting far-infrared rays.
