본 발명은 미역귀 추출물과 멍게껍질 정제물의 혼합물 추출액을 포함하는 아토피성 피부염 개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 미역귀 추출물의 항염증 효과와 멍게껍질 정제물의 세포재생 효과가 상호 상승작용을 통해 우수한 아토피성 피부염의 개선효과를 나타낸다. 본 발명의 조성물은 사이토카인의 생성억제에는 관여하지는 않았지만, 염증생성을 억제함과 동시에 피부를 재생시키는 효과를 통해 효능을 나타내는 것으로 추측된다.
