CONSTITUTION: In a filtering system(10) for recycling of wastewater by retreating first treated water separated from cake by dewaterer(90) after passing through a source wastewater treatment tank(80) in a sewage and wastewater treatment plant, the filtering system comprises a first treated water tank(40) for containing the first treated water; a filtering unit(20) in which a plurality of filter plates are horizontally continuously installed such that a filtering means for filtering the first filtered water is installed in the filter plates, and which contains the first treated water supplied from the first treated water tank to filter the first treated water; a relief line(44) for bypassing the first treated water in the filtering unit to the first treated water tank when a transfer pressure for supplying the first treated water is a set value or more during the filtering process; a recycling water tank(50) for containing a filtrate discharged after being filtered by the filtering unit; a backwashing raw water tank(60) for containing raw water supplied into the filtering unit when washing the inside of the filtering unit; and an air compressor(70) for supplying into the filtering unit air along with the raw water supplied from the backwashing raw water tank when washing the filtering unit.
