Abstract: PURPOSE: A real-time monitoring system using an electro-thermodynamics device is provided to monitor the variable pattern of the tooth position according to an actual tooth movement in real time, thereby identifying the pattern of the tooth movement according to the kind of an orthodontic appliance. CONSTITUTION: A real-time monitoring system using an electro-thermodynamics device includes a typodont module, the electro-thermodynamics device(200), and an orthodontic force measurement device(300). The typodont module has a wax form between a maxillary member and a mandibular member, a first tooth, a second tooth, a third tooth, multiple brackets, and a wire. The first, second, and third tooth are sequentially placed at the wax form. The brackets are mounted on one side of the first, second, and third tooth. The wire connects the brackets. The electro-thermodynamics device has a thermocouple which is inserted into the second tooth, and a heater.
