    Abstract: A priority-differential non-uniform raptor coding method is provided to enable different objects to use independent parity codes by using a raptor code, which is included in a 3GPP(The 3 Generation Project Partnership) MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service). The header and a motion vector value in the predictive frame have higher priorities than other data.
