Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for effectively caring wrinkles and a clinical protocol are provided to lift skin by reducing the diameter and D-periodicity of collagen in the skin. CONSTITUTION: A method for shrinking skin tissue collagen comprises a step for skin tissues to be irradiated with high radio-frequency one to three times under the conditions of 0.3-10 MHz and 10-20 W. A time required for the skin tissues to be irradiated with the high radio-frequency for 30-90 minutes at the interval of 1-30 minutes. The method reduces the diameter and D-periodicity of skin tissue collagen. A method for caring wrinkles on skin comprises a step for skin tissues to be irradiated with high radio-frequency of 0.3-10 MHz and 10-20 W for 30-90 minutes at the interval of 1-30 minutes.
