Abstract:
PURPOSE: A compound is provided to obtain an injury-protecting effect by sudden polymerization effect of 2-cyanoacrylate by a cyano group-neighboring double bond remaining after spreading the compound on an injury. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer from 2-1,000; and m is an integer from 1-20. The molecular weight of the compound represented by chemical formula 1 is 1,000-1,000,000 and the viscosity is 80-400 mPa·s. A manufacturing method of the compound represented by chemical formula 1 comprises a step of manufacturing the compound by heating a compound represented by chemical formula 2, for prepolymerization. The heating is conducted at 50-200 °C for 3 seconds to 2 hours.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a self-cleaning artificial intraocular lens is provided to prevent protein or tissue from being adsorbed on the surface of an artificial intraocular lens. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a self-cleaning artificial intraocular lens is as follows. The mixture of titanium chloride and titanium isopropoxide is added to an alcohol solution. A photocatalytic sol is prepared by adding acid to the mixture and stirring the mixture. A titanium oxide photocatalytic sol coated with a photocatalytic sol is prepared by adding an additive selected from hexamethylene tetramine, tungstic acid, AgO, CuO and ZnO to acid and adding the mixture to the photocatalytic sol. The coated titanium oxide photocatalytic sol is applied to the artificial intraocular lens. The coated titanium oxide photocatalytic sol is dried.

PURPOSE: A bio-adhesive is provided to form a coating film with strong adhesion and improved physical properties, to remarkably reduce side-effect like inflammation, etc, and to have excellent profitability. CONSTITUTION: A bio-adhesive comprises poly L-3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine having a repeating unit in chemical formula 1, and cyano acrylate. In chemical formula 1, A is a bond or -(CH2)l-B-(CH2)m-, B is CH2 or O, l and m is respectively an integer from 1-9, the sum of l and m is 2-10, and a molecular weight of the poly L-3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine is 500-5,000,000. CONSTITUTION: A compound is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, A is a bond or -(CH2)n-B-(CH2)m-, B is CH2 or O, n and m is an integer from 1-9, and a sum of n and m is 2-10. A manufacturing method of the compound comprises: a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 4 by reacting a compound in chemical formula 2 and a compound in chemical formula 3, and a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 1 by reacting a compound in chemical formula 4 and a compound in chemical formula 5.

PURPOSE: An organism adhesive composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the side effect such as inflammation by hindering the penetration of adhesive ingredient into the injury. CONSTITUTION: An organism adhesive composition comprises highly polymerized compound and cyano acrylate which indicated as below chemical formula 1. In the formula, R1 is H or COOH, R2 is H or C1-4 alkyl, and n is an integer from 10 to 1000. The R2 is H or methyl. The cyano acrylate is selected from the group which is consisted of methyl 2- cyano acrylate, ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate, butyl 2- cyano acrylate, iso-hexyl 2- cyano acrylate, 2- cyano acrylate, octyl 2- cyano acrylate, ethoxyethyl 2- cyano acrylate, isobutyl 2- cyano acrylate, and hexyl 2-cyano acrylate.
