Abstract: PURPOSE: A diffraction grid base X-ray device is provided to increase spatially coherent X-ray beams and to transmit inphase X-rays by an interference effect and the diffraction of X-rays, thereby obtaining images with high resolution and a low amount of the X-rays. CONSTITUTION: A diffraction grid base X-ray device comprises an X-ray source(100), diffraction grids, and an X-ray detector(10). The X-ray source comprises one or more insulating columns and radiates X-rays in a vacuum condition. The diffraction grids generate coherent X-rays by receiving the radiated X-rays and transmits the X-rays penetrated through an inspection object arranged in an inner side by forming a phase difference. The X-ray detector receives the transmitted X-rays and converts the same into electrical signals, thereby transmitting as digital image information.
