Abstract: 본 발명은 이미다졸륨계 이온성 액체를 포함하는 이온성 액체계 흡수제를 사용하여 탄소수 2 내지 4의 올레핀에 포함된 아세틸렌류를 제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 이온성 액체계 흡수제는 올레핀에 포함된 아세틸렌류의 선택적 제거율이 높고, 장시간 운전 후에도 아세틸렌 제거성능이 저하되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 흡수된 아세틸렌류의 탈기도 용이하여 재사용이 가능하다. 또한, 본 발명의 이온성 액체계 흡수제는 액상으로 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 자체 증기압이 없으므로, 기존의 아세틸렌류 제거에 이용되는 일반적인 흡수제에 비해 유실율이 거의 없으며, 슬러리 상태의 흡수제를 사용한 경우에 비해 공정이 훨씬 용이한 장점이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 이온성 액체계 흡수제를 사용하면 올레핀의 손실이 없이 올레핀에 포함된 아세틸렌류를 간단하고 효율적으로 제거할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A facilitated transport membrane for isolating acetylene compounds in olefin is provided to prevent membrane reduction and to ensure high stability. CONSTITUTION: A facilitate transport membrane for isolating acetylene compounds in olefin of 2-5 carbon atoms contains ionic liquid of imidazolium compound of chemical formula 1. Olefin is ethylene, propylene, butyelen, isoprene, or mixture thereof. The acetylene compounds are acetylene, propine(methylacetylene), ethylene acetylene, isopropylacetylene, or mixture thereof. A method for preparing the facilitated transport membrane comprises a step of coating the ionic liquid to a porous support.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for removing aceytylenes in olefin using ionic liquid absorbent is provided to ensure high selective removal rate of acetylenes and to reuse. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing acetylenes in olefin of 2-4 carbon atoms is performed using ionic liquid absorbent containing ionic liquid of imidazoldium compounds of chemical formula 1. The acetylenes are acetylene, methyl acetylene, ethyl acetylene, vinyl acetylene or mixture thereof. The method also comprises a step of separating ionic liquid absorbent and olefin.
