Abstract: 본발명은관절간격을측정하는방법에있어서, a) 엑스레이(X-ray) 영상을추출하는단계, b) 비선형이방성분산필터(Coherence filter)를이용하여영상의경계선을보다선명하게하는단계, c) 상기엑스레이(X-ray) 영상으로부터로컬바이너리피팅법(LBF)법을이용하여관절의컨투어(contour)를추출하는단계, d) 상기관절의컨투어(contour)에의해서뼈 사이공간의간격을수치화하는단계를포함하는것을특징으로하는발명이다. 본발명에의하면관절사이의간격을수치화하여정확하게측정할수 있으며, 관절간격을측정하여정확한진단이가능하게된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A joint gap measurement method which uses a local binary pitting method is provided to measure a gap between bones, thereby providing a cause of an arthritis related bone disease and a treatment method thereof. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray image is extracted. A boundary line of an image is clearly arranged using a nonlinear anisotropic distribution filter. A contour of a joint is extracted using a local binary pitting method from the X-ray image. The gap between bones is quantified by the contour of the joint. An image conversion step which arranges blurry contrast in a background image excluding the image of the boundary line is included in the above boundary line clarification step.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用局部二次点蚀方法的联合间隙测量方法来测量骨骼之间的间隙,从而提供关节炎相关的骨疾病的原因及其治疗方法。 构成:提取X射线图像。 使用非线性各向异性分布滤波器清楚地布置图像的边界线。 使用X射线图像的局部二进制点蚀法提取关节的轮廓。 骨骼之间的距离由关节轮廓量化。 在除了边界线图像之外的背景图像中布置模糊对比度的图像转换步骤包括在上述边界线说明步骤中。
