Abstract: A laser transmission bonding method of a transparent plastic is provided to improve the bonding strength by bonding only a bonding portion with laser. A laser transmission bonding method of a transparent plastic includes the steps of: preparing an upper transparent plastic and a lower transparent plastic which are to be bonded to each other(S1); coating an absorption body coating liquid on a bonding portion of one of the transparent plastics(S2); and bonding the upper and lower transparent plastics by illuminating laser beam to the bonding portion of the transparent plastic and melting the coated portion with an absorption body.

Abstract: 본 발명은 휴대폰 등에 널리 사용되는 카메라센서 캡슐을 레이저 접합 기술을 이용하여 접합하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 장치는 투과성의 플라스틱으로 이루어진 상부 캡슐과 적어도 접합면이 흡수성 플라스틱으로 된 하부 캡슐에 카메라센서를 내장하여 상부 캡슐과 하부 캡슐을 접합하기 위한 장치에서, 레이저 빔을 발생시키기 위한 레이저 발생기와, 발생된 레이저 빔을 접합 작업에 사용하기 위한 레이저 빔으로 형성하기 위한 광학 메커니즘과, 카메라센서 캡슐을 고정시키기 위한 고정지그와, 접합시 고정지그측으로 카메라센서 캡슐을 밀어 캡슐에 압력을 가하기 위한 가압지그와, 가압지그를 구동하기 위한 구동수단과, 조작패널과, 조작패널을 통한 사용자의 조작이나 자동 제어 프로그램에 따라 레이저 발생기를 제어하여 레이저 빔이 발생되게 하고, 가압지그를 통해 카메라센서 캡슐을 가압하도록 구동수단을 제어하기 위한 콘트롤러로 구성� ��어 레이저 빔이 상부 캡슐을 투과한 후 하부 캡슐의 흡수체에 의해 흡수되어 흡수체의 플라스틱이 용융됨으로써 상부 캡슐과 하부 캡슐이 접합되도록 한다.

Abstract: A keypad bonding apparatus using laser and a method thereof are provided to increase productivity by using laser beam as a keypad bonding instead of adhesive and to automate a keypad bonding process by reducing a manufacturing time. A laser beam unit(10) generates heat energy in a bonding position of a button material and a pad material by irradiating laser beam on the pad material on which the button material is put. A pressing unit(20) pressurizes between the pad material and the button material in a state when the heat energy is generated.
