    Abstract: PURPOSE: A door device is provided to reduce power consumption by opening and closing a door leaf using a single driving motor, and to firmly seal a gap between the door leaf and a car body. CONSTITUTION: A door device comprises a support plate(100), a rail unit(200), a moving unit(300), an auxiliary moving unit(400), and a driving and transferring unit(500). The support plate is mounted along the upper edge of an entrance(610) formed in the side of a car body(600). The rail unit linearly moves along the longitudinal direction of the support plate, and is bent to the inner side of the entrance at the end in order to finish the entrance by the door leaf(700). The moving unit is connected to the door leaf and is mounted on the rail unit to reciprocate on the rail unit. If the moving unit reciprocates along the rail unit, the auxiliary moving unit is always in parallel to a section where the rail unit linearly moves. The driving and transferring unit is coupled to both ends of the auxiliary moving unit, and is arranged in parallel to the moving direction of the moving unit in order to transfer a driving force required when the moving unit reciprocates.
