Abstract: 본 발명은 스크린 인쇄기에서의 인쇄물 정렬장치에 관한 것으로서, 테이블 본체와, 테이블 본체 상에 설치되어 이송되는 인쇄물의 이송을 돕게 되며 인쇄물의 폭에 따라 폭이 조절되는 이송부와, 인쇄물의 이송을 일시 정지시켜서 인쇄가 이루어지도록 이송부의 진행 방향 단부측에 근접 위치하는 정지부와, 이송부의 일측에 높이 조절 가능하도록 설치되며 인쇄물의 위치 정렬 기준이 되는 기준부와, 기준부와 대향되는 이송부의 타측에 높이 조절 가능하도록 설치되며 인쇄물을 기준부측으로 밀어 정렬시키는 정렬부와, 인쇄물의 길이 및 두께에 따라 이송부 및 기준부와 정렬부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다. 따라서 본 발명은, 스크린 인쇄기에 사용되는 인쇄물의 두께와 폭에 따라 인쇄물의 이송을 돕고 정렬시키는 장치들의 높낮이 및 폭 조정이 자동으로 이루어짐으로써, 다양한 인쇄물에 따라 대응이 가능하여 연속 공정으로 생산성이 향상되고, 정확도가 높아 고품질의 인쇄물을 얻을 수 있는 효과를 가진다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A print material aligning device for a screen-printing machine is provided to improve productivity through series processing by automatically adjusting height and width of apparatuses for aligning print materials. CONSTITUTION: A print material aligning device(100) for a screen-printing machine comprises a table body(110), a transport unit(200), a stop part(300), a reference part(400), a sorter(500) and, a controller(140). The transport part is installed on the main body of the table and helps the transfer of the print materials. The width of the transport part is controlled according to the width of the print material. The stop part is adjacent to the transfer part to print the print material by temporarily stopping the transfer of the print material. The reference part is installed on one side of the transport part in order to adjust the height of the transfer part. The sorter is installed on the other side of the transport part.
