Abstract: 본 발명은 녹두 사포닌(Mung bean saponin)을 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역억제제 및 녹두 사포닌을 유효성분으로 함유하는 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명에 의하면, T 세포의 세포 증식과 IL-2 분비 및 IFN-γ의 분비능력을 억제할 수 있어, 자가면역질환, 또는 장기 또는 조직의 이식 거부 반응 등의 면역활성에 의한 면역질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.
