Abstract: The present invention relates to a nanolaser generator using a graphene electrode and a manufacturing method thereof. The nanolaser generator includes a microdisc resonator, a dielectric ring which surrounds the microdisc resonator in the upper boundary surface of the microdisc resonator, and a transparent graphene electrode which is formed in the upper surface of the dielectric ring and the microdisc resonator. It can reduce the number of processes for generating a nanolaser in half compared to an existing process. It can generate the nanolaser with minute electric currents.
