Abstract: The present invention relates to a diketopyrrolopyrrole and tellurophene-based polymer derivative, and an organic semiconductor thin film and an organic thin film transistor comprising the same, which produce and use the diketopyrrolopyrrole-based polymer derivative with excellent solubility in regular solvent, denoted by chemical formula 2, thereby providing the organic thin film transistor with excellent hole mobility and thermal stability.
