    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for real-time quantitation of enzyme reaction using AFM is provided to measure frequency change in real time. CONSTITUTION: A method for real-time quantitation of enzyme reaction comprises: a step of fixing an enzyme substrate on the cantilever surface for an AFM(atomic force microscope); a step of treating the enzyme substrate with an enzyme; and a step of measuring frequency change of the cantilever according to the reaction between enzyme substrate and enzyme. The enzyme is protease, DANase, RNAse, carbohydrase, or lipolytic enzyme.
